We’ve just completed the Puppy Training Course with Jennifer at Bone Ball Bark and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jennifer has been absolutely incredible—her kind, empathetic approach not only made the classes a joy to attend but also helped build my confidence as a dog owner.

She’s been instrumental in guiding my puppy as he grows, helping him develop essential skills and become a happy, confident little pup. I can’t recommend Jennifer highly enough. She has been absolutely amazing to work with, and I feel so lucky to have found her. She has amazing credentials and experience, which first of all makes her exceptional as a trainer.

My pup has absolutely loved working with her. She is kind and patient, and understands dog behaviour on a deep level. She has taught my dog tricks but most importantly behavioural aspects such as how to behave with other dogs, behaving on and off the leash, and to be calm in all situations. She has also been amazing at training me to be a better dog owner and teaching me how to make sure my pup continues to behave and learn.

If you are looking for one of the best dog trainers in London, her name is Jennifer Billot.  Jennifer worked with me when I first brought  Rex,  a Wire Haired Fox Terrier home as a puppy.  I knew from experience how difficult terriers can be to train, but Jennifer taught me the skills to turn our unruly pup into a fabulous dog.  Her background and credentials are impressive - and her skill in understanding dogs and getting them to model good, attentive behavior even more impressive. Can’t believe I haven’t left a review before! I’ve worked with Jennifer on and off with my anxious dog Roxi - from when she was ~9 months old through to nearly 3 years old now. It’s been a tricky case (tons of ups and downs, brilliant moments of progress followed by big regressions the next day, etc) and Jennifer’s been there to support Roxi & I through jt all. She’s given us tons of great exercises and ideas, and helped make a really stressful situation fun by really focusing in on Rox & I’s bond and fun things for us to do together. When Roxi was having a particularly tough time Jennifer even knew when / suggested bringing in a vet behaviourist, which led to us discovering some ongoing pain in Roxi (treating that’s been a real turning point and means all the behavioural work we’d already been doing can finally “stick”). We’ve been working with Jen since Feb this year. My Rocky is an adolescent herding breed, challenging on walks given his big emotions.

Jen gave me the confidence to walk him, and created a ton of creative things tailored to my dog that made him feel more comfortable with triggers outside.

We recently worked with Jennifer to help our 2-year-old mini dachshund and are delighted with the results!

Our dog was having confidence issues during our outdoor walks and exhibited excessive barking, which was becoming a real challenge.
